Lex Hackathon, or LexHack, is a hackathon where students of all programming abilities, from no experience to advanced, compete to develop an application that is judged at the end of the contest. It is a student-organized hackathon aimed to provide students with more opportunities to practice, display, and implement computer programming skills on a variety of projects and products. Entry is free and you can win different prizes as well as attend our workshops. IMPORTANT: Please join our discord server for updates and announcements! Requirements
Projects should:
- Be presented in a video format, with an explanation of both the technical and thematic portions of the project included.
- One video should be submitted per group.
- Each project should follow the general theme.
The projects should follow the general theme, and each project is eligible to qualify for a max of 1 prize.
If a group fails to adhere to these standards, then they will not qualify for any prizes.

This criteria tests your project's ability to introduce a novel approach or perspective. This could mean offering a unique solution to a problem or features in your application. -
Design
This criteria tests your design of your product and how well it addresses the theme. It also includes the aesthetics of your project and the organization and maintainability of your code. -
Functionality
This criteria tests your application's ability to function as you intended to. Your code should have little to no bugs or unusual behaviors, and should do what it was designed to do.
